This can be achieved through brand content, interviews, and coaching. Sharing your story can help others to develop the necessary skills, perspective, and mindset.

Partner with a Startup

Successful entrepreneurs can team up with a startup and provide them with practical assistance, such as HR guidance, legal advice, and financial support. Most startups lack resources. In return, the startup may supply agility and energy to your own business.

Follow Young People with High Potential

Follow high-potential individuals on social media, and react to their activities personally. One way to build trust is by introducing yourself and sharing a quick story. Cheer them on when they succeed and send encouragement when they face a setback.
